One of the highlights of my stay at Berunes Hi Hostel was the stunning view of the fjord from my double room in the main house. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for travelers along route 1. I also appreciated the accommodating staff who allowed us to check in late at night. I had an amazing stay at this lovely hostel! The view of the ocean and mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The kitchen house felt like a cozy mountain cottage. Despite a few people trying to use the kitchen at the same time, we managed to work out a schedule. Parking was convenient right in front of the hostel. Taking a morning walk to the sea was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this hostel for its friendly atmosphere and stunning location.

I recently stayed at Berunes Hi Hostel for a few nights in late May. The setting of the hostel is absolutely idyllic, surrounded by beautiful mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The cabin-type accommodation was cozy and well-equipped, with excellent Wifi and plenty of sockets for electronics. The hostel itself was newly built, clean, and gave off a homely feeling with a fireplace in the living room and a simple and cozy kitchen in the main building. The huge shared kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need, and the toilets were spacious and nicely decorated. The host was also gracious and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
